Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 17, 2026

1. Nature of Bespoke Software

At Digitaload, we construct **100% custom-coded digital assets** (websites, database engines, and API automations) tailored directly to your unique brand brief. Since our services are purely digital, time-intensive, and involve the instant delivery of complete, proprietary source code files upon settlement, we maintain a clear refund and cancellation framework.

2. Rapid Starter Websites (₹3,999)

For our Starter Website Launch tier, development and deployment take place within **24 hours**. Once the project is booked and domain/hosting integrations have been registered in your brand name, **no refunds can be issued**.

3. Custom Web & Automation Projects

For all other advanced custom developments (Complete Page, E-Commerce, CRM setups, and Brand Setup):

  • If a cancellation is requested **prior** to the start of custom system coding, a refund of the deposit is provided, minus a standard ₹1,500 setup and administrative fee.
  • Once custom database design or PHP coding has commenced, the initial deposit becomes **non-refundable** to cover our engineering hours.
  • Once the final codebase is delivered, uploaded to your Hostinger server, or transferred via ZIP files, **no refunds are possible** under any circumstances, as the full property has been permanently transferred.

4. Domain & Third-Party Integrations

Costs associated with domains, Hostinger server space, custom WhatsApp Business API numbers, and payment gateways are handled by third-party suppliers and are subject to their respective refund schedules. Digitaload does not process refunds for third-party expenditures.

5. Support & Code Corrections

While refunds are restricted due to code transfers, we offer a **30-day post-launch technical warranty**. If you encounter bugs, broken styling sheets, or database errors within 30 days of launch, our engineering team will patch the issue free of charge.
