1. Scope of Engagement

By engaging Digitaload (headquartered in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India) for custom web design, e-commerce creation, database development, or workflow automation, you agree to comply with the terms detailed on this page. These terms constitute a legally binding commercial agreement between Digitaload and the client.

2. Dynamic Flat Pricing & Payments

All project prices are flat payments based on the exact selected service packages (ranging from ₹3,999 to ₹1,00,000). Payment milestones are outlined prior to initiating code development:

  • Starter Website packages require 100% upfront flat payment due to 24-hour rapid delivery schedules.
  • Advanced custom websites and enterprise brand setups may utilize a 50% initiation advance and 50% final launch release model.
  • All flat fees are non-refundable once custom server coding has actively commenced.

3. Technical Code Sovereignty Transfer

This is a critical rule: **upon full settlement of the agreed project fees, 100% complete ownership of the custom codebase, database schemas, stylesheets, and graphics shifts legally to the client.**

  • You receive full copy-rights to host, alter, replicate, or resell your systems.
  • There are no vendor lock-ins, proprietary framework retentions, or mandatory agency monthly maintainers.
  • The website files will run standalone on Hostinger or any general Apache/PHP web server.

4. Client Obligations

Clients must supply appropriate corporate copy, business listings coordinates, and access credentials (domain registers, hosting portals) within the specified timeline. Digitaload is not responsible for project delays caused by client inaction.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the commercial laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of our professional services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
