1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Digital Road (Agency & Partner Management System), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Partner Program Rules & Commission Tiers

Registered partners earn commissions on verified sales. Commission structures are based on total approved closed sales:

• Bronze Partner (0-9 Sales): 20% Base Commission.
• Premium Partner (10-49 Sales): 25% Commission rate.
• Diamond Partner (50-99 Sales): 30% Commission rate.
• Sales God (100+ Sales): 35% Top Commission rate.

3. Offline Payment Claim Process

Partners are responsible for ticking the "Offline Payment Claim" checkbox in their dashboard upon receiving offline client payments. Commissions are officially credited to the partner's account only after Admin offline verification and approval.

4. Profile Updates & Edit Requests

To ensure account security, partner profile updates (city, company, bank details) do not mutate active records immediately. Submitting an edit form creates an official JSON change request subject to Admin approval.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, software, source code, Learning Hub playbooks, and brand assets provided on Digital Road are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or external distribution of Learning Hub materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any partner or client account found engaging in fraudulent claims, unauthorized brand representation, or breach of these terms.
